Tesco Tokens

SNSC will be collecting Tesco tokens again this year. Last year we collected and counted 22,000 tokens! We received Flip Video Cameras and a Visualiser for our school. D'ont forget to ask for tokens if you shop in Tesco.

Easter Hunt Preparation!

SNSC have been busy preparing for the annual Scoil Nioclais Easter Hunt. Junior and senior infant classes will be invited to take part. We have 230 goodie bags ready to go. Keep an eye out here for pictures of the event and keep those fingers crossed for some good weather!

Easter Raffle

The School Council have organised an Easter Raffle in aid of the Japanese earthquake/tsunami fund. Council members will visit classes at lunchtime each day to sell tickets. Good luck!

The Student Council in Scoil Niocláis

In Scoil Niocláis decisions are made everyday that impact our pupils. Ensuring their views are heard and valued will undoubtedly have a hugely positive effect on our school environment. We feel it is important to send out the message that "Children Count"!
We anticipate improved pupil relations, skills development in terms of communication, public speaking and teamwork as well as increased pride in our school. We also feel that the council comprising of children from fourth to sixth classes will also promote responsible behaviour and a pleasant school ethos.
We are very proud of the high levels of participation and the enthusiasm of the children. The pupils in Scoil Niocláis voted for their favourite nominees by private ballot. Congratulations to the twelve successful candidates!
